What happens if I violate the cancellation policy?

If you cancel a reservation and violate the captain's cancellation policy or don't show up for a trip, you will forfeit the deposit you paid online at the time of booking. The funds will be transferred to the captain.

No other penalties or charges will be applied to your account.

In the event that you cancel a trip paid in full via the Online Payments method, you'll forfeit the entire trip cost that you already paid. If you cancel without violating the captain's policy, you'll receive a full refund of the trip price.

If you received an email advising you that you violated the captain's policy but believe that you are eligible for a refund, you can contact us to review your cancellation.
