Saltwater Fishing
When running fishing trips in saltwater in South Carolina, you must provide the following documents:
- USCG MMC(we have to see the photo, name of the captain, and reference number of the document)
- Photo ID
- South Carolina Charter Vessel License issued by SC Dept. of Natural Resources
- Boat Registration Certificate/Certificate of Documentation
- Proof of Liability Insurance
Freshwater Fishing
When fishing in freshwater in South Carolina, you must provide the following documents:
- Photo ID
- Boat Registration Certificate
- Proof of Liability Insurance
