When your new charter on FishingBooker becomes visible to customers, your listing may receive a temporary ranking boost that helps more guests discover your business.
The boost is designed to help new captains get their first bookings, collect reviews, and build momentum on the platform.
How does the boost work?
The boost is only available to charters that go live on FishingBooker for the first time. If your charter has been live before, it is not eligible for the boost.
Once your charter is live (your listing has been published and all verification documents have been approved), it may receive additional visibility in FishingBooker search results.
While the boost is active, your charter may appear higher in search results than it otherwise would, giving more guests a chance to find and book your trips.
The boost lasts for up to 60 days after your charter is first published. If your charter receives 3 bookings before then, the boost ends early.
Who qualifies for the boost?
The New Charter Boost is currently available to eligible captains in the United States.
Most newly listed charters qualify automatically. To be eligible, your charter must be going live on FishingBooker for the first time and meet all listing and verification requirements.
Charters that have been live on FishingBooker before are not eligible for the boost.
How can I make the most of the boost?
The boost increases your visibility, but visibility alone doesn't guarantee you'll receive bookings. The most successful captains use this period to strengthen their listing and improve their performance.

Positive reviews from your first guests can help your charter continue performing well after the boost ends. Invite previous customers to leave a review and build your reputation faster.
What happens when the boost ends?
The boost ends when your charter reaches 3 bookings or after 60 days, whichever comes first.
After the boost ends, your charter will continue to appear in search results based on the same ranking factors that apply to all listings on FishingBooker.
Captains who use the boost period to optimize their listing, secure bookings, and collect reviews are often better positioned for long-term success
