Why are my trips locked?

    If your trips are locked that means our Captain Relations Department has written a unique description for each of them. You still have full control over your trip prices, duration, capacity, seasonality, departure time, and other elements.

    We experimented with hundreds of listings, interviewed customers, and tested many different lengths, styles, and formats of trip descriptions until we arrived at the current standard. We lock the description to ensure a uniform standard across the website and make sure you have the highest chance of getting a booking.

    Request a Change

    If there's anything you'd like to change in your trip descriptions or want to discuss further with us, you can submit a change request by clicking the highlighted text above your trip name, and the Captain Relations Department will respond as soon as possible.
