Managing Expectations: Captains' Availability During Trips and Bedtime

Communicating with customers can pose certain challenges, as your availability may be limited, leading to potential delays in responses, for example when you're running a trip or may be asleep. Recognizing this, FishingBooker is committed to establishing clear expectations for customers regarding  responsiveness in these kinds of situations.

    Setting Realistic Expectations

In situations where you may be less available, it's crucial to establish transparent communication. The nature of your schedule, especially during trips or at night, can create circumstances where contacting you might be challenging. To manage customer expectations, we want to transparently communicate that there might be delays in receiving a reply from you at certain times.

    How It Works

To provide customers with additional insights into your availability, you're now able to indicate to customers that you are not likely to respond immediately. This does not block the conversation, rather, it offers customers valuable information about your potential availability.

By keeping customers informed about your availability, we strive to facilitate smoother interactions and foster understanding between you and them.
