As soon as you receive a booking, you will be notified immediately. When a customer requests to book a trip or books directly via Instant Book, you'll receive the following:
- An email
- A text message
- A FishingBooker for Captains app notification with the booking information
If you receive a booking request, you will have 24 hours to it, respond to it. Otherwise, it will be automatically declined.
You can always check whether you have any new or outstanding booking requests or pending trips by logging into your FishingBooker account and checking your Bookings.
