How do I contact Customer Service as a captain?

    If you are having issues with anything related to your FishingBooker profile or bookings, we're here to help. FishingBooker offers multiple channels of support to captains and customers:

    1. Help Center – We have articles covering everything you need to know, so that you can take control of the entire booking process. 
    2. Contact Us – Use our contact page to answer any questions you need. Log in and email us or find our phone number at the bottom of the page of your selected topic.  
    3. My Trips App – Our Contact page is also available on the My Trips App, allowing you to submit a ticket directly to our Support Team.

    Our current working hours are 04:00 a.m. EST – 05:00 p.m. EST. You can expect a response within 5 hours during our business hours and 24 hours if your request comes in outside our business hours.
