How do I contact support as a captain?

    If you are having issues with anything related to your FishingBooker profile or bookings, we're here to help. FishingBooker offers multiple channels of support to captains and customers:

    1. Help Center – We have articles covering everything you need to know, so that you can take control of the entire booking process. 
    2. Contact Us – Use our contact page to answer any questions you need. Log in and email us, or find our phone number at the bottom of the page of your selected topic.  
    3. FishingBooker for Captains app – Our Contact page is also available on the FishingBooker for Captains app, allowing you to submit a ticket directly to our Support Team.

    Our Support Team is contactable 24 hours a day. You can expect a response within 5 hours.
