What happens if the boat I booked is unavailable, but the Captain offered me a different one?

If your captain proposes an alternative boat different from the one you initially booked, you have the option to either accept or decline the offer. Regardless of your decision, please contact us so that we can assist you.

If the alternative boat is listed on FishingBooker

If the alternative boat provided by the captain is listed on FishingBooker, we will proceed to cancel the original booking and create a new reservation for the suggested charter. If the captain you originally booked recommends another FishingBooker-listed captain, kindly contact us, and we will make the necessary adjustments to your booking.

If the alternative boat isn't listed on FishingBooker

Should your captain propose a charter not listed on FishingBooker, and you choose to accept, please be aware that FishingBooker cannot validate specific details about your trip. Consequently, we may be limited in our ability to assist if issues arise due to the changes.
