If the captain is responsible for the cancellation of your trip, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Once we receive a cancellation request from the captain, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative for you.
If the captain calls or messages you to cancel but your reservation status still says Accepted, you can submit a cancellation request to report the cancellation. Select the reason "My captain needs to cancel" and provide as much information as possible. You can check the status of your reservation in your Bookings dashboard.
