What happens when I report?

If you report suspicious or inappropriate behavior, our Support team takes it seriously.

Reports may include situations where a captain:

    • Insists on communicating outside the platform
    • Asks for payment upfront or off-platform
    • Attempts to upsell services in a way that feels misleading
    • Sends suspicious links or phishing messages
    • Behaves in an abusive, inappropriate, or unusual way

What happens after you submit a report?

Once you submit the form, your report is sent directly to our Support team for review.

Because reports often involve potential violations of our Terms of Use or safety concerns, they are treated with priority.

    Our team will:

    • Review the details of your report
    • Investigate the conversation and booking history
    • Take appropriate action if a violation is confirmed

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to review and respond to all reports within 1 business day at the latest, and in many cases, much sooner.

If we need additional information, we’ll reach out to you directly.

Will the other party know I reported them?

To protect your privacy and encourage honest reporting, we do not disclose who submitted a report. However, if a violation is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our policies.

If something feels off, trust your instincts and report it. You're helping us keep the marketplace safe for everyone.
