I was asked to renew only some of my documents, not all. Why?

    In order to make sure that we only work with licensed captains, we use publicly-available databases, where possible, to see if documents have been renewed. This means that we don’t have to bother our captains unnecessarily. If we can't find the information we need, we’ll ask you to provide us with new documents.

    To upload your documents, go to your Credentials Dashboard and submit everything required.
