Saltwater Fishing
If you run saltwater fishing trips in Alabama, you must provide the following documents:

USCG MMC(we have to see the photo, name of the captain, and reference number of the document)
- Or Photo ID (if you provide the last page of your MMC)
- Alabama Commercial Party Boat License issued by Outdoor Alabama
- Boat Registration Certificate/Certificate of Documentation
- Proof of Liability Insurance
Freshwater Fishing
If you run fishing trips in non-navigable freshwater in Alabama, you'll need the following documents:
- Photo ID
- Boat Registration Certificate/Certificate of Documentation
- Proof of Liability Insurance
