When running fishing trips in Massachusetts, you have to provide the following documents:
- USCG MMC(we have to see the photo, name of the captain, and reference number of the document)
- Photo ID
- Charter Boat Permit issued by the Division of Marine Fisheries
- Boat Registration Certificate/Certificate of Documentation
- Proof of Liability Insurance
