These captains will have first preference when it comes to contacting us. Our dedicated teams will prioritize your queries in the following two ways:
- Emails and phone calls will be automatically put at the front of the queue for our Support Team to answer
- Questions related to ranking or performance will be handled directly by a dedicated Account Manager
