Tickets let you know if customers are potentially missing your listing or have temporarily dropped in the search results.
To find and manage your tickets:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Scroll to Notifications.
- Click on a notification for more details and to take action.
We advise you to check your dashboard regularly to keep your online presence active and attractive to customers.
