Do I need to give my customer a refund if they complain?

You do not need to give your customer a refund if they complain about their trip. Your customer will only receive a refund if they cancel their trip in accordance with your cancellation policy, or if you are unable to run the trip.

If a customer threatens to leave a bad review unless you refund them, please contact us immediately.
