What is a reimbursement or chargeback?

You can now easily refund customers for Online Payment Trips that get cancelled.

When an Online Payment booking that had the entire amount charged and sent your way is cancelled, we need to perform a chargeback in order to refund the customer. FishingBooker has implemented a straightforward method utilizing reimbursement emails to facilitate this process.

    How does it work?

You will receive an email with the subject line A reimbursement needs your approval. To complete the reimbursement process, you will need to click Reimburse and fill out the information on the reimbursement checkout page:

Don't worry. You won't incur any banking fees related to the transaction during the reimbursement process.

For Direct booking cancellations, you will need to reimburse the full amount of the successful chargeback to FishingBooker, as well as any additional fees.

By implementing this streamlined reimbursement process through email communication, we aim to simplify and expedite the refund procedure for Online Payment cancellations. For any further inquiries or clarifications, contact us.
