Can I deny someone service based on safety reasons?

You should never run a trip if you are not sure it will be safe.

It's completely up to you as a captain to decide if a trip can be run. If you believe the trip will not be safe due to a customer's skill level, size, or any other safety reason, you may deny service to that customer.

We recommend that you contact us if you'd like to set any restrictions such as weight, age, skill, or other factors on your listing.
