A customer showed up intoxicated. What do I do?

    You should never run a trip if you are unsure if it will be safe or not.

    It's completely up to you, as a captain, to decide whether or not it is safe to run a trip. If you believe the trip will not be safe due to a customer's condition, skill level, or any other safety reason, you may deny service to that customer.

    We recommend that you contact our support team if you need to cancel a trip due to safety concerns.
