If your captain was responsible for canceling your trip, or if you canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you are eligible for a full deposit refund. This also includes trips paid in full. In that case, you are eligible for a full refund.
All cancellations need to be reviewed by our team to determine whether they're eligible for a payout. This process may take up to 3 business days.
While this refund is immediate on our part, it can take up to 7 business days for it to show on your statement.
If your trip was canceled and you didn't receive an email confirming the cancellation, check the status of your booking. If the status does not say "Canceled," contact us to process your cancellation.
