What should I do if a customer has unrealistic expectations about their trip?

    If a customer has unrealistic expectations about their trip with you, politely inform them about the realities of charter fishing: you can't guarantee the catch or the weather, nor can you breach the local fishing regulations.

    If the customer threatens to leave a bad review on your listing for any reason, please contact us immediately.
