If you need to get in touch with a customer after their trip, you can do so at any time through our Instant Messaging service. If you want to contact the customer via phone or email, you can do so up until they leave a review or up to 30 days after the trip, depending on which comes first.
To contact your customer via Instant Messaging follow these steps:
- Go to your Bookings and select the All Trips filter.
- Find the booking of the customer you want to contact.
- Click the three dots next to View Details.
- Click Message.
You'll also find the customer's phone number in the Instant Messaging feature, if available.
