How do I cancel if my boat has mechanical issues?

If there's a problem with your boat and you need to cancel, your customer is eligible for a full refund or a free rescheduled trip.

You are responsible for canceling the trip, and we will then inform the customer and process their refund.

To cancel a booking due to mechanical issues, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Bookings.
    2. Find the trip you want to cancel and choose View Details.
    3. Select Cancel Booking.
    4. From the dropdown menu, choose Boat Malfunction.
      • You'll then be given the option to suggest another date.
    5. If you still need to cancel, select Next until you're taken to the final cancellation screen.
    6. Choose Yes, cancel.
